Busy life |
Life becomes monotonous hearing and seeing the same one news every day. The news of George Floyd's death shocked the entire world. Protests and demonstrations are happening peacefully despite the health emergency. After an extended time, the news of 9 o'clock started on Samay TV with the headline of such news. Otherwise, the news is that the same now.
Today is 75 days of confinement. The daily routine of living with my loved ones during a small three-room house. It's like suddenly pulling a beard within the daily busyness. Taking a rare experience of retirement also can be tiring. a day I thank the Creator that I'm still alive. I'm grateful to him that I'm still healthy.
Even 65 days ago, my students were within the success of my small world. But lately, I even have realized what proportion I really like teaching. I always feel the shortage of a piece environment filled with vitality, which is filled with students' chatter. Sometimes we thought it might be nice to possess a couple of days off. But the vacation of such uninterrupted instability is completely unexpected. This is often sort of a sure journey on the trail of uncertainty.
This holiday has taught us tons. The truth of the way to stand back from a beloved when he's ill, the humanity which will bury a dead soul albeit he's unrelated. Even as the news of the brutality of leaving our loved ones sick has moved us on this holiday, so has the worth of standing by the helpless people with all our might. Today, we are struggling to show the social distance to the united Bengalis to remain well. This is often like trying hard to form the unconscious citizens aware.
Cruel society |
Isolation and residential quarantine are not any longer an unfamiliar word to people that are financially indigent, slum dwellers, or crammed into small flats.
Now, after eight o'clock in the dark, there's a ghostly quiet atmosphere all around. Dhaka, a well-known city with sound pollution and traffic, appears ahead folks at a totally unfamiliar turn. Again, due to this holiday, the natural environment has become a touch purer, and biodiversity has become a thing of the past. As if reminding civilization of the importance of the environment. While the most challenge is to survive in the meantime, we are still busy with our own gain and self-fulfillment! That’s why corruption or unbridled prices of products are the headlines of the media even at this point!!
On the one hand, we've become overly hooked into social media. During this holiday, we stay on the brink of our loved ones through social media. So this year, the celebration of Holy Boishakh and Eid on Facebook reception has added a replacement dimension to our celebration. Because of being an educator, the scholars have informed me about the results of this year's SSC through phone and social media. Lately, my communication with students is in online classes. In fact, many of us feel that social media and online activities have changed their way of life. Work on the house is now our daily companion.
Even during this epidemic, the news of the many more disasters is added a day including Amman, Nisarga. It’s true that we are adapting; but still, our prayer is that suddenly the news of the triumph of science comes. All sighs came to an end. We’ll return to normal life without worrying. May this uncertain long struggle for all times and livelihood come to an end. Holidays that are filled with complexity are neither fun nor comfortable. I anticipate to each moment with eager interest to ascertain the Dhaka of that vitality, my beloved homeland for the uninterrupted busyness of the traditional rules again...Hope for the simplest.
