Dear Inventory Team Members,

As you are aware, the ISO Audit for Walton Digitech Industries Limited is just around the corner, and our department plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ISO standards and maintaining our environmental certifications. To help us prepare effectively, please consider the following guidelines and advice:

**1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):**

   - Regularly inspect and maintain your PPE to ensure it is in good condition.

   - Always wear the required PPE when handling materials.

**2. Administrative Rules:**

   - Familiarize yourselves with company administrative rules and ensure strict adherence.

**3. Material Handling SOP (Standard Operating Procedure):**

   - Follow the established SOPs for safe and efficient material handling.

   - Seek clarification or training if you have any doubts about the procedures.

**4. Proper Tagging on Materials:**

   - Clearly label all materials with essential information, including date, contents, and any special handling requirements.

**5. 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain):**

   - Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following the 5S principles.

   - Regularly declutter and organize your work area.

**6. Kaizen (Continuous Improvement):**

   - Actively participate in identifying and implementing improvements in your work processes.

   - Share your ideas for making tasks more efficient.

**7. FIFO (First-In-First-Out):**

   - Ensure materials are used in the order they were received to minimize waste and ensure freshness (if applicable).

**8. Labeling:**

   - Double-check that all materials and products are correctly labeled according to ISO standards.

**9. BIN Card at Spot:**

   - Maintain BIN cards at the designated spots to keep track of inventory levels accurately.

**10. Material Conditioning for Temperature-Sensitive Materials:**

    - Follow the specific guidelines for storing and handling temperature-sensitive materials.

    - Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas to maintain optimal conditions.

**11. Compliance with ISO Standards:**

    - Ensure that all your actions align with the relevant ISO standards, especially ISO 9001 and ISO 1500.

By following these guidelines, we can contribute to a successful ISO Audit and the renewal of our ISO certifications. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or the Environmental Health and Safety Department. Your dedication to maintaining these standards is highly valued and appreciated.

Let's work together as a team to achieve a smooth and successful audit process.
