1. **Gate Pass Sensitivity:**

   - Gate Passes are directly linked to company security and material value.

2. **Employee Responsibility:**

   - Proper creation of Gate Passes in the software is essential to uphold employee responsibilities.

3. **Creating Gate Passes:**

   - If you need to gate out materials, create a software-generated Gate Pass and obtain approval from your In Charge/next-level manager.

   - Provide the Gate Pass document number to the relevant inventory department.

4. **Special Circumstances:**

   - For OEM RM/items return, obtain the Gate Pass document number from the OEM Manager.

   - Similarly, for supplier returns, the Planning department will provide the Gate Pass document number via the Local Purchaser.

5. **ATS Material Transfer:**

   - For ATS material transfers to corporate, Branding/Marketing or concerned personnel will provide the Gate Pass document number.

6. **Access to Factory Gate Pass:**

   - Corporate personnel without Factory Gate Pass access should approach Mr. Nazmul Vai (ID-3333) for assistance.

7. **Inventory Support:**

   - Our Inventory-WDM team is available to assist in software-based Gate Pass creation and provide logistic support under your ID.

8. **Communication Protocol:**

   - All communication related to Gate Pass requests must be conducted via email.
